Tarryn Reddy, MPP, NHA

Tarryn received her Bachelors in Political Science and Global Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Following her passion for healthcare, she continued her education at American University, in Washington, D.C. where she earned her Master of Public Policy Degree with concentrations in Health and Education Policy. After she graduated she worked on Capitol Hill, consulting on healthcare policy and government regulations for non-profits and hospitals. She continued to consult as a Sub-contractor with Deloitte for the Department of Veteran Affairs, for their Hospital Supply Chain Division. After, working for the government, she wanted to gain a better understanding of healthcare in the private sector and went on to consult for a Dental Management and Marketing Consulting Firm. This led her to wanting to be more involved in healthcare at the local level — so she worked to become a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Tarryn is passionate about enriching the lives of her residents by creating a loving environment for her staff and residents. She grew up in the Bay Area and when she’s not at work you can most likely find her on a hiking trail.

Dori Teicheira RN

Dori has been the Director of Nursing Services at Sonoma Post-Acute since 2007.  She is a Sonoma county native and graduate of SRJC nursing program.  Most of my nursing career has been working with seniors in both Sonoma, Napa and Solano counties in various roles of nursing management.  I’m proud to provide supportive quality care for our patients so they can achieve their goals.

Matthew Mouille, MHA

Matthew Mouille is a Sonoma Native and graduate of the George Washington University. He received his Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology with an extensive research focus on Cognitive Neuropsychology and Business Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship from Syracuse University. After finishing those degrees, he continued his research in the fields of Applied Behavior Analysis and Cognitive Development leading a research laboratory in Syracuse New York. He continued his professional work at Hutching’s Psychiatric Center and Catholic Charities while completing his Executive Master Degree in Health Administration from The George Washington University. Utilizing the skills from his employment and education, he returned to his home town of Sonoma seeking to improve population health working with non-profit agencies and local healthcare providers.

Marilee Shipman

Activity Director, Marilee Shipman, joined the Sonoma Post-Acute team two years ago with a diverse professional background, and considers this position her “dream job.” She started her career in the healthcare field as a CNA and PT Aide. Although she enjoyed the work, her career path took her into human resources where she spent 20 years. When both parents were residents in Skilled Nursing facilities, she volunteered in Activities and decided to go back to school to pursue a new career in Recreational Services. Marilee looks forward to continuing to offer an engaging program that meets the recreational needs of all our residents.

Yesenia Osorio

Yesenia has been working in the healthcare field for over 6 years.  She started in Napa, CA as an activity assistant.  Within a few months as an assistant she got certified as an Activity Director in the state of California. She then got promoted to the Director of Activities here in Sonoma.  She continues to work towards her degree in applied behavioral science as well as continuing her courses in Information Technology.

Edith Walker RAC-CT

As the MDS Coordinator for Sonoma Post-Acute, Edith provides administrative and clinical support to the team.  Edith has experience as a Nursing Supervisor, Director of Staff Development, Assistant Director of Nursing, and Wound Consultant. She has worked in Skilled Nursing for the last 30 years. She maintains her current Licenses and Certifications, attends seminars and stays active on updates related to the Long-Term Care Industry. Edith developed a strong sense of devotion for the elderly population, being the first born to her father at the age of 62.  She lives in Napa, enjoys socializing with friends and family, and spends a lot of her free time caring for her elderly mother and step-dad.

Business Office Manager

Sherry has been in the Healthcare industry for 17 years. She started as payroll & accounts payables for 3 years, business office manager/bookkeeper/billing 14 years. She is experienced in Medicare, Medical, HMO’s insurances and likes to educate patients/families about the different types insurances used in a healthcare facility. She was born and raised in Hawaii, moved to California and has 2 kids. She and her husband enjoy cruising in their old school cars on their free time.

Georgiana-Roxana Smith, B.A.

Roxanna is a 30 years old Romanian woman that moved to the US one year ago. She considers herself an open-minded person, ambitious that likes working in a team. Apart from that I am friendly, caring and understanding; Hard work has never been an issue for me that is why I like to pay attention to detail when I perform my job. Although I have 2 B.A. I am planning in getting a MBA or Masters, just for the fun of it.
